Personal & Small Group Training Sessions
Enjoy programs designed to be effective and based on your individual goals and personal fitness level. The Studio is equipped with all the latest fitness equipment; TRX suspension training, heavy bag, battling ropes, cable cross over machine, squat rack and tons of portable equipment. Form your own group of 5 or less to reduce the price.
Personal Training Sessions Include
• Initial consultation assessment and scheduling no charge
• Initial fitness assessment completed the first week of training
• Weight and measurement tracking
• Range of motion assessments
• Individual work out goals formatted to each person specifically
• Progressive training programs and progress assessments
• Goal setting
• Interested clients will receive diet assistance with a food journal
• Each session is 1 hour and includes a warm up, work out, cool down and stretch.
Outdoor Boot Camp Classes 2012
Running from May to October (See packages for pricing and dates)
Ultimate Outdoor Boot Camp - Monday, Wednesday and Fridays at 9:15 AM. This class includes varieties of intermediate training to advance your current fitness level and focus on toning and body sculpting. Higher impact exercises will leave you with a feeling of accomplishment as you watch your fitness improve.
Energizer Outdoor Boot Camp - Tuesday and Thursdays at 9:15 AM.
This class includes introductory level exercises with a strong focus on stretch and fusion to increase flexibility and range of motion while gaining strength. Low impact exercises will leave you energized for your day.
Evening Outdoor Boot Camp - Monday and Thursdays at 6:00 PM.
This class includes varieties of intermediate training to advance your current fitness level and focus on toning and body sculpting. Higher impact exercises will leave you with a feeling of accomplishment as you watch your fitness improve.
* New Doggie Boot Camp – Wednesdays at 6:00 pm.
Get your sneakers on and grab a leash. The Sweat Shop is excited to introduce Doggie Boot Camps to Red Deer. Bring Fido out as your work out partner and enjoy an hour long Boot Camp designed to give you and your dog a work out and strengthen the bond between you. Dogs must remain on leash at all times and be socialized. No aggressive dogs please. Basic obedience skills will help you enjoy your part of the work out. A tired dog is a good dog. We will meet in parks around Red Deer.
* New Eat Clean Challenge
Challenge yourself to get a kick start on eating clean. Put $40 in the pot and compete to win the cash. Cash prizes are rewarded to 1st and 2nd place winners. To win get the most points. Collect points by achieving daily goals based on clean eating and exercise. Daily goals will change each week and all goal sheets will be provided by email. Food journals will be provided before the challenge starts at the weigh in. You must hand in your completed food journal and all goal sheets to win. Points will also be rewarded for every pound lost and every inch lost off the hips waist and chest.
